Can't help you! I'm not sure Jodes 'cause regrettably, the instructions were in some funky foreign language. If I had to say though, I'd punt that it is some kind of whipped pavlova arrangement but really, it's anyone's guess, no?
PS. Taking a Slag to a dinner party would surely be accepted in certain social circles. :P
