My mother and sister both have one - and are quite proficient. My mum often does the groceries on her bike - but hasn't tried on the unicycle!
I bet they had all sold out and all you were able to do was look at an empty pallet in the middle of the aisle with the price tag on it.
In any case, did you get me one?

Emma: See now it concerns me somewhat that that particular fact makes YOU the odd one out! Where would one store one's groceries whist riding the unicycle, that is the question! And what happens when going up a steep hill; do you just fall straight off the back?
Superbonus: I would have bought you one lovely but I had already blown the budget buying a bucket of meringues, oops! (Rather a touch of the ol' alliteration there courtesty of yours truly!)
